The Avionics Program Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of the avionics program while supporting student success and program quality. This role combines instruction, program oversight, and administrative coordination to ensure curriculum, faculty, and resources align with industry standards and college expectations. The coordinator operates with a high degree of initiative and leadership in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in aircraft maintenance or a closely related field is required; alternatively, an associate degree in aircraft maintenance or a closely related field combined with two (2) years of relevant work experience will be considered. Applicants who do not currently hold a degree must be willing to complete an associate degree in aircraft maintenance or avionics within two (2) years of employment.
