The purpose of this position is to perform manual labor involved with repair and preventative maintenance of City facilities, various equipment, refuse containers, grounds maintenance, and assisting with refuse collection operations.This job works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.About the Organization: McAllen is one of the fastest growing cities in America with a population alone close to 148,000.
