Yard Worker / Flatbed DriverLouisville, KYPay: $19.00–$22.00/hourFull-Time | Temp-to-HireSchedule Information
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Yard Worker / Flatbed Driver Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Previous experience in a lumberyard, fencing company, warehouse, construction, or similar environment preferred
  • Experience operating a flatbed truck preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a flatbed truck to deliver fencing, lumber, and other materials to customer locations
  • Load and unload lumber, fencing materials, and other supplies
  • Pull and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
  • Assist customers with locating and loading materials
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other yard equipment safely
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Help maintain inventory and report low stock or damaged materials
  • Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety procedures and assist with additional yard duties as assigned
