Job description
Bring your survey expertise to a transportation-focused team in Wisconsin, where you’ll work on real-world projects with modern Trimble equipment and a collaborative, multi-office approach. In this Land Surveyor & Civil Engineering Technician opportunity, you’ll split your time between fieldwork and office deliverables supporting WisDOT and local governments. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor & Civil Engineering Technician position include:
  • Associates degree in Land Surveying or a related field
  • Experience working with robotic and GPS field survey equipment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including use of relevant communication software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Perform both field (one-person crew) and office survey tasks
  • Use Trimble SX10/SX12 total stations, R980/R12i GNSS, and TSC5/TSC7 data collectors; process data and create deliverables
Salary: $54,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
