About Raisegen
Raisegen is a real estate capital-raising platform that connects developers and sponsors with professional and institutional capital providers across the full capital stack: equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, private debt, and privately placed bonds. Developers subscribe to Raisegen for a flat annual fee of $4,199 and can put as many projects as they want in front of a curated network of capital providers, with no percentage fees and no broker points. The platform serves projects ranging from roughly $2M to $100M and above, across multifamily, build-to-rent, industrial, hospitality, student housing, senior housing, and specialty asset classes.
We are an early-stage company, founder-led, and growing our developer network across the United States. This role is a chance to get in at the ground floor of a fintech platform in one of the largest and least digitized markets in the world: mid-market real estate capital formation.
The Role
You will introduce Raisegen to real estate developers and sponsors and sell annual access to the platform. This is a pure business development role focused on the developer side of our marketplace. You will work from named account lists we provide, researched and organized by asset class, and you will be closing a simple, flat-fee annual subscription with a short sales cycle.
Important: this role sells subscriptions to a technology platform. Representatives do not arrange or negotiate securities transactions, do not solicit investors, and do not receive any compensation tied to capital being raised or deals closing. All compensation is based solely on platform subscription fees collected by Raisegen.
