Job Summary
Participates in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of research applications and related systems (including OnCore, Advarra, and Mural Link). Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into system solutions, and ensure applications effectively support research operations. Provides end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support to promote successful system adoption and performance.Qualifications
