We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, AI/ML integration, and Nokia Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, AI deployment, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to independently solve complex technical challenges.

Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions.
Strong scripting and programming skills using Python or similar languages.
Experience with API integration.
Hands-on experience using automation frameworks and tools to connect systems and streamline processes.
Experience integrating AI components into existing software or IT environments.
Ability to ensure compatibility, scalability, and robust performance in production environments.
Solid understanding of AI security and data privacy best practices.
Experience implementing encryption, data protection, and ethical AI practices throughout development and deployment.
Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Experience building AI agents, NLP assistants, predictive models, or similar AI solutions.
Experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
Telecom industry knowledge.
Experience with telecom networks or IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem).
Experience with Nokia IMS network elements or similar telecom platforms.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift deployments and automation.
Background in telecommunications or network automation.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
