Role Summary
Responsible for supporting the enterprise Power BI platform through administration governance licensing and operational support activities The role focuses on platform management and user consultation rather than report development
Key Responsibilities
Perform Power BI tenant administration and platform configuration
Manage workspaces Premium capacity licensing and workspace restoration
Handle tenant settings custom visual vetting tenant certification and Service Principal requests
Support Power BI Gateway data source and platformrelated issues
Experience with License management and cleanup activities
Support platform incidents service requests operational changes and compliance activities CSAGIA Disaster Recovery
Provide consultation to users on Power BI administration and platform best practices
Coordinate with Microsoft and internal support teams for platformrelated issues
Support Power BI AuditBIPA requests and platform governance activities
