Job description: Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Fort Myers, FL Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position involves leading projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable) 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment Strong expertise in electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, building systems, etc.) Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination Excellent communication and client-facing skills Why is This a Great Opportunity: Leadership role with direct impact on projects and team development Opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects across multiple industries Collaborative and growth-focused engineering environment Hybrid work flexibility (2 days onsite) Strong career advancement opportunities Competitive compensation + performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), healthcare, and PTO *Salary Type *: Annual Salary *Salary Min *: $ 130000 *Salary Max *: $ 185000 *Currency Type *: USD
