About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and technology-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our growing virtual care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care through secure video and text-based telehealth visits, serving patients primarily in New York and Texas, as well as across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing independently while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary care team. You'll leverage innovative technology to improve access to healthcare, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and help shape the future of virtual primary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual primary care through video and text-based telehealth visits.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare needs independently.
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building strong, long-term patient relationships.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other clinical team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, chronic disease management, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve telehealth technology, workflows, and patient experience.
• Support clinical outreach, patient engagement, and healthcare education initiatives.
• Stay current with clinical guidelines, best practices, and telemedicine regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active APRN licensure in both New York and Texas (Required).
• Additional APRN licenses in other U.S. states are highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Comfortable providing independent virtual patient care.
• Excellent communication, customer service, telephone, and messaging etiquette.
• High level of comfort learning and utilizing new healthcare technologies.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM 7:00 PM PT.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
