The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting all facets of client service, including account maintenance, servicing activities, and communication with carriers and clients.
This role involves owning various administrative and technical responsibilities within the agency's management system (Epic), ensuring a high level of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle.
Work Performed: Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments
