SUMMARY:
The Philadelphia Virtual Academy (PVA) Student Coordinator supports students, families, and staff by assisting with student onboarding, orientations, re-engagement efforts, and daily operations at assigned PVA locations. The Student Coordinator helps facilitate in-person student events, monitors the Drop-In Center, maintains student support data, and provides clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the program. This position is supervised and evaluated by the assigned Student Support Liaison.
Location: The Ferguson School Building, 2000 N 7th St Phila, PA 19122
Philadelphia residents preferred
Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, following the PVA academic calendar year
Start Date: August 11, 2026
Pay Rate: $19.40 per hour
