Location: Canton USA Provides short-term / long-term, on-site support for maintaining facility operations. Interacts daily with third-party providers and external/internal customers. Provides support to facility management on all Core Distribution functions related to systems, processes, procedures, work instructions, training plans, metrics, and other related projects within the department. Attends and represents department at internal and external customer meetings. Plans and conducts on-site/off-site training for all Distribution Centers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions Advanced knowledge and application of the following systems PKMS Future 3 JDE GQRS ARE/ARS Microsoft Office Applications Visio System hardware and software used within the Distribution Centers, including scanners, barcode printers and network printers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree Requirements: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Certification Requirements: Forklift Certified Previous Experience: Three to five years experience in a warehouse or systems environment or in project management Travel Requirements: As Required On Call Requirements: 24/7 Physical Requirements: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
