Operator We are currently seeking versatile candidates for our client in Hartville, Ohio! This position offers the chance to work on the third shift with a dynamic team producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for operating machinery, following work instructions, and ensuring the products meet quality standards. Hours Third shift, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, plus overtime as needed
Pay $15.00 per hour + attendance bonus
Key Responsibilities - Read and follow all work and packaging instructions
- Read and understand box and skid quantities
- Ensure labels comply with work orders and packaging guidelines
- Operate machinery to produce products
- Remove finished products from machines
- Quality check finished parts for flash, splay, burn, etc.
- Perform general labor and cleaning duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to be trained in other areas
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Perfect attendance history
Nice to Have Skills - Manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Teamwork and reliability
Preferred Education and Experience - High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing or production experience
Other Requirements - On-site work only
- Ability to work the scheduled shift and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
