The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and evolving our client’s digital presence, with a primary focus on managing, updating, and optimizing content across four websites. This role ensures that all digital properties are accurate, compliant, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
In addition to website ownership, the role supports the execution and performance optimization of digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. The position requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, working closely with marketing, creative, compliance, and technology partners.
Responsibilities: - Own the day-to-day maintenance and updates of firm’s websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, ADA/WCAG compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Execute website updates including page content, layouts, CTAs, forms, navigation, metadata, and basic HTML/CSS edits within a CMS environment.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, and content channels, including campaign builds, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
- Manage and maintain the digital marketing and website update calendar, balancing ongoing site needs with campaign execution and stakeholder priorities.
- Analyze and optimize website and campaign performance using data from Google Analytics, UTM tracking, ESP dashboards, and related tools to improve engagement and conversion.
- Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization efforts across website pages, emails, and landing experiences, documenting results and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to SEO initiatives through on-page optimization, keyword integration, internal linking, and content updates to improve search visibility.
- Collaborate on content development across blogs, articles, and other digital assets, ensuring content is optimized for search, accessibility, and distribution.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, compliance, and technology teams to ensure timely execution and regulatory alignment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and demonstrate behaviors aligned with firm’s culture and values.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing and updating multiple corporate websites, with an understanding of how web content supports digital marketing and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience working within a CMS to execute content updates, layout changes, and performance optimizations.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make light edits and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with web teams.
- Familiarity with ADA and WCAG accessibility standards and experience supporting compliant digital experiences.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience measuring performance across standard digital marketing KPIs.
- Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Pay Rate: $38.46/hr
