Estamos buscando un(a) Innovation & Marketing Strategist con visin estratgica, creatividad y enfoque comercial para liderar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos, as como impulsar el crecimiento de marcas dentro de un portafolio dinmico. Qu hars? Liderar el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos e iniciativas de innovacin. Disear estrategias de marca, posicionamiento y comercializacin. Desarrollar estrategias de precios y planes de lanzamiento al mercado. Coordinar campaas integradas de mercadeo junto a agencias externas. Liderar proyectos multifuncionales asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos, presupuesto y objetivos. Coordinar activaciones, eventos de lanzamiento y experiencias de marca. Analizar el desempeo de las iniciativas mediante KPIs e identificar oportunidades de mejora. Colaborar estrechamente con las reas de Ventas, Finanzas, Produccin, Supply Chain y agencias externas para garantizar una ejecucin exitosa.
Requirements Bachillerato en Mercadeo, Administracin de Empresas o campo relacionado (MBA es un plus). 5+ aos de experiencia en Brand Management, Marketing o Innovacin. Experiencia en desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Conocimiento en estrategias de marca, posicionamiento y gestin del ciclo de vida de productos. Experiencia administrando presupuestos y trabajando con agencias de publicidad y mercadeo. Conocimiento en marketing digital, investigacin de mercados y anlisis de datos. Ingls y espaol bilinge. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicacin y manejo de proyecto
