This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

• $0.45-$0.52 per mile
• Detention pay: 23 - 28/hour after 1 hour
• Drop and hook pay: $39 per stop
• Live load/unload: $64 per stop
• Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
• Hazmat: $40 per load
• Refrigerated: $40 per load
• Border crossing event: $75 per load
• Crosstown moves: $25 per load
• Driver assist: $25 per load
• Empty move: $25 per load
• Empty search: $23 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown: $23 per hour
• Rail delays: $23 per hour
• Refused delivery: $39 per load
• Truck order not used: $30
• Waiting on truck: $23 per hour
• Tractor repositioning work: $23 per hour
• Overweight rework: $23 per hour
• Yard checks: $23 per hour
• In classroom safety & round tables: $30 per hour
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
• Daily home time
• Majority no touch freight
• Onsite management
