Job description
Job Description: This role is responsible for supporting the industrial manufacturing environment team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safety and efficientlyassisting the Plant leadership within all departments and producing tactical products of the highest quality standards. A liaison between Plant Leadership and floor staff. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Duties & Responsibilities: Works on the Manufacturing floor, assisting teams with daily needs to support materials flow or any extra assistance requiredAssisting with planning of production master scheduleWorks within internal systems such as Microsoft Suite and Excel or assists with data collection for production processes and or projectsInspects finished products per company quality-control specifications.Ability to read and follow procedures, support in translation for team members as neededCollaborate efficiently and effectively with co-workers and leadership to ensure job expectations and processes are followed.Support Leads in the manufacturing flow as neededProvides administrative support such as documents and backup other depts i.e., shipping labels, consumables list, inventory control methods, and other various tasksOther duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalentManufacturing experience preferredKnowledge of basic math and measurementsAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the dayBilingual preferred but not requiredProficient in computer skills, such as Microsoft Suite and Excel This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties or responsibilities associated with the job.
