Job description

Job Description:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of community organizations
  • Take residential mortgage loan applications and communicate underwriting decisions
  • Increase mortgage loan volume focusing on CRA, low-and moderate-income borrowers
  • Research organizations focused on providing services to low and moderate income persons
  • Establish relationships with nonprofit organizations and realtors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Self-directed, ability to plan own activities to achieve sales goals
  • Excellent time management skills
  • PC skills
  • Employee must maintain an active registration status with NMLS
