Who You Are

Community Driven. Experience working closely in partnership with communities. Able to work with internal and external stakeholders to uplift and center the voices of the communities SPLC serves.

Solutions Oriented. Proactive and creative thinking about ways to find practical solutions to challenges faced by communities as well as internal departments and teams. Willing to try different approaches to find a solution.

Detail Driven. Skilled in maintaining a high degree of organizational skills with an astute focus on consistency, accuracy and attention to detail.

Mission, Vision, & Culture Alignment. Demonstrates an understanding of and a commitment to SPLC's mission, vision and values.

Facilitate collaborative learning and sense-making processes across departments, teams, and community partners. Supports the co-creation of relational accountability practices that center community perspectives and lived experiences.

Support the design and facilitation of planning, strategy, and learning sessions that help teams clarify goals, articulate assumptions, develop theories of change, identify meaningful indicators, and reflect on progress and challenges.

Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, guidance documents, templates, and learning resources that strengthen organizational capacity in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning.

Synthesize information from multiple sources- including qualitative insights, quantitative data, community feedback, and program documentation-to identify patterns, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

Minimum Qualifications

We are committed to equitable hiring practices; therefore you must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for the role.

  • Minimum 3 years of monitoring, evaluation, and accountability experience supporting programs with data-based decision making and experience working directly in communities in at least one of SPLC's focus states; and
