Responsibilities

Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through networking, referrals, and ongoing communication

Deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, objectives, and long-term goals

Execute daily performance activities, including outbound calls, scheduled appointments, and timely follow-ups

Drive New Business Production: Sell core insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, and Life.

Work High-Intent Leads: Handle warm inbound inquiries and referrals no door knocking or random cold calls.

Requirement

Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a high sense of ownership and accountability

Driven, competitive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results

Open to coaching and able to apply feedback effectively

Confident and comfortable building relationships with new people daily

Previous experience in sales or leadership is a plus, but not required
