  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Retail Manager & Assistant Manager to join our team at Red Raider Outfitter, where you can combine your love for Texas Tech with a rewarding career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service and fostering a positive, energetic store environment that reflects the Texas Tech spirit.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales targets, while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect Texas Tech merchandise, providing expert advice and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Promote and uphold the values and traditions of Red Raider Outfitter, creating an immersive experience for fans and customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment, focusing on motivation, team development, and goal achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for Texas Tech University with a deep understanding of the community and culture.
  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Availability to work full-time, with extended hours on holidays and game days as needed.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, fostering a team-oriented environment that drives productivity and customer satisfaction.
