About the job Director of HR
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a respected, long-standing nonprofit organization in Little Rock, AR, to identify an experienced Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the SVP, Chief People Officer, this leadership role oversees the full scope of Human Resources operations, with a significant emphasis on employee relations, leadership coaching, and supporting a diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, balancing compassion with accountability while fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional service.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, resilient, and hands-on HR Director with proven experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior leadership. This organization is seeking someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and has the potential to grow into a Vice President-level role within the next 35 years as part of its succession planning strategy.
