Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Customer Service & Sales) – Lubbock, TX Red Raider Outfitter Pay:

  • $13.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | 35–45 hours per week Overview Red Raider Outfitter is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Lubbock, TX.
  • We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a fast-paced retail team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to build real experience in customer service, retail sales, and team operations.
  • Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Support merchandising, restocking, and visual displays Accurately operate the register and handle transactions Work as part of a team to create a positive in-store experience Help maintain a high-energy, game day atmosphere year-round Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized Must be able to stand, walk, and lift merchandise as needed Schedule & Availability Full-time (35–40 hours per week) Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts required Availability for Texas Tech home game days is required Compensation & Benefits $15.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience Paid time off 25% employee discount on merchandise Free game day apparel Consistent full-time hours Opportunities for advancement into leadership role Growth & Leadership Opportunities At Red Raider Outfitter, we believe in promoting from within and developing strong team members into leaders.
