How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead & Direct: Facilitate the comprehensive legal review, negotiation, and ultimate resolution of organizational contracts.
• Evaluate & Refine: Review proposed contracts to ensure all terms and conditions are robust, acceptable, and protect the organization's interests.
• Collaborate as a Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for contracting principals, internal departments, and external parties to ensure seamless compliance and swift issue resolution.
• Standardize & Innovate: Utilize approved model templates to efficiently develop contracts, and actively design new, optimized templates for leadership approval.
• Manage Data: Oversee the integrity of our contract database, ensuring all critical contract data is accurately updated and maintained.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Core Experience: Background in contract management, with a preference for 3 or more years of hands-on experience.
• Education/Certification: A Paralegal certificate or background is a strong plus.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with contract databases and daily proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign is highly preferred.
