Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
Digital Moviola is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. At Digital Moviola, we use the power of incentives, data, and behavioural science to make people healthier and enhance and protect their lives. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the first point of contact for our users, playing a vital role in upholding our mission and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a **full-time**, remote position, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and telephone.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve it.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring a seamless handover and follow-up.
* Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, marketing, and technical teams to improve our services.
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and meeting performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or client support role.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment.
