Powercast Corporation, a pioneer in RF-based wireless power technology, is seeking a hands-on finance leader to build and own our finance function as the company scales. We're open to candidates at different career stages: a strong Controller who is ready to grow into a Chief Financial Officer role over time, or someone who has already served as CFO of a small company and is looking to step directly into that scope of responsibility here.
About the Role We need someone who can operate at every level of the finance function from day-to-day bookkeeping to leading month-end and year-end close, coordinating the audit, and ultimately providing strategic financial leadership. Depending on your background, you may start as a true "player-coach," doing the detailed work yourself while building the systems and processes the company will need as it grows, or you may already be equipped to take on that broader leadership role from day one.
