Legend Biotech is seeking a R&D Manager Leadership Development Program, Solid Tumor as part of the R&D Leadership Development Program based in Philadelphia, PA.
The Early Career Leadership Program at Legend Biotech is a strategic, enterprise-focused development experience designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals early in their careers. Rooted in our commitment to cultivating enterprise-minded, value-driven leaders, this program provides structured rotational exposure, executive mentorship, and real-time business impact across scientific, operational, and corporate functions. The R&D Hi-Po Leadership Development Program is a project-based, enterprise leadership accelerator designed for high-potential PhD graduates who aspire to shape the future of cell and gene therapy. Over 2.53 years, participants will lead 3-4 high-impact, 8-12-month strategic projects across R&D, Preclinical Development, Technical Development, Business Development and Regulatory Affairs. This immersive experience is built to cultivate scientific leaders capable of translating discoveries into development, advancing complex pipeline programs, and influencing cross-functional strategy. Participants will gain enterprise exposure, executive mentorship, and access to a formal Annual Leadership Development Series focused on strategic thinking, regulatory and clinical acumen, and senior leadership readiness.
