Job Title Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Portland, Oregon. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation, utilizing proper body mechanics and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Oregon. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a healthcare setting.
