Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist on our per diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who require speech therapy services. Our facility is dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with realistic goals and objectives
• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and industry standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, including those with complex medical conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation software
