As a Loan Support Consultant - Specialty within PNC's ABF Servicing organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; Denver, CO; Cincinnati, OH; or Kalamazoo, MI. Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Exposure to ACBS Wire transfer experience Loan administration experience, with an emphasis on application of payments Account reconciliation experience Excel spreadsheet familiarity Loan Servicing Experience Commercial Loan Knowledge Operations Experience
As a Loan Support Consultant, you will service a portfolio of clients or complete participation deals where you will be instructed by agent banks on required actions. Part of servicing a portfolio of clients consists of, but is not limited to, incoming payments, advances, loan conversions, rate rollovers, and all general maintenance for their loans. As you develop in the role, you will be given increasingly complex transactions and deal structures to manage, while also serving as a resource to help train and guide team members on specific aspects of deal processing. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities as you demonstrate proficiency and ownership.
You can expect to start the day by addressing any high-priority items from the previous day. You will be expected to conduct due diligence for advances, review notices, and input advances into the system before releasing funds. You can also expect to complete rate rollovers and process payments. In this role, you will follow up on notices from agent banks, balance general ledgers, and proactively manage your portfolio of clients to ensure a smooth client experience for both agent banks and customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle complex deals, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to the development of teammates through knowledge sharing and support.
