Sirius Staffing is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team based in the Sylacauga, AL office. The Engineering Manager would either have a PE or be willing to sit for their PE within the first year of hire. This is a hands-on leadership roleperfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of local operations, project delivery, and team management. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity (conversion after 6 months) and reports directly to the President of the firm and the Corporate Engineering Manager. Occasional travel may be required.
