Job Description We are seeking a Visual Designer (Brand, Design System, and Marketing Optimization) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in scalable visual design, design systems, and conversion-focused marketing experiences and a proven ability to translate a small set of reference pages into reusable templates, components, and full-site experiences that improve engagement and conversion. Responsibilities: Scale a defined set of 4-5 website pages into high-quality visual designs across remaining site areas, including landing pages, marketing placements, and product experiences. Apply and uphold enterprise brand guidelines across all touchpoints to ensure visual consistency and quality. Translate brand and marketing strategies into polished, execution-ready designs aligned to business goals and customer needs. Leverage Shield components, templates, and patterns to create scalable, reusable CMS-ready designs; identify gaps and enhancement opportunities in the design system. Balance system reuse with thoughtful customization and deliver designs that align with engineering standards for development readiness. Design marketing and acquisition experiences using conversion best practices in layout, hierarchy, and visual emphasis; support A/B testing and optimization. Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering; participate in reviews and critiques to elevate quality and consistency across teams. Contribute to integrated experiences across multiple touchpoints and channels. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 4+ years in visual or digital design with a strong portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and composition. Demonstrated application of brand systems at scale and design for marketing or acquisition experiences. Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma. Preferred Skills: Experience working within a component-based design system (e.g., Shield) and evolving system patterns. Proven ability to design for performance outcomes including conversion, engagement, and usability, and to partner with Marketing on campaigns and landing pages. Why BCforward?
