Job description

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree Preferred experience includes Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and knowledge of case management systems Adobe InDesign or similar design software is helpful but not required Job Overview: We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support clients throughout the medical treatment process and serve as a key connection point between clients, medical providers, and the firm's legal team.
  • Reporting to the Director of Community and Medical Relationships, this role helps ensure clients receive timely support while contributing to the firm's medical coordination, provider relationship, and treatment verification efforts.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who has the desire and enjoys helping others, building relationships, and supporting positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
