Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual marketing materials across both print and digital channels. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Creative, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns that align with brand standards and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with a strong portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Campaign Development
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, direct mail, presentations, trade show graphics, signage, email graphics, web banners, and social media assets.
- Develop creative concepts that support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Produce multiple design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all creative assets align with established brand guidelines.
Collaboration
- Partner with copywriters, project managers, marketers, and internal stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Balance multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.
Production & Quality Assurance
- Prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital distribution.
- Review all creative deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain organized project files and creative assets.
- Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of print production and prepress processes
- Experience designing marketing campaigns
- Strong typography, layout, and branding skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with project management software is a plus

Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)- Possible FT Conversion
Pay Rate: $35.00 $40.00/hr.
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (M-Th in office and Friday WFH)
