About this Opportunity:
As an Elite Client Advocate you will be a deeply embedded client-facing individual contributor. This role operates as a true extension of the client’s home office by developing deep knowledge of the client’s processes, technology, people, and strategic priorities. The Elite Client Advocate is responsible for knowing the client better than anyone else and ensuring their day-to-day experience with Orion is seamless, proactive, and built on trust. This role does not manage the pod; instead, it carries the dedicated client relationship while the Elite Client Delivery Manager coordinates internal operations and team delivery. In this role, you’ll get to:
Embed deeply into the client's firm structure, processes, tech stack, KPIs, and strategic goals and operates as a true extension of their team, not a vendor contact
Maintain a working knowledge of the firm's organizational chart, key decision-makers, operational workflows, and growth trajectory
Serve as the client's internal Orion champion that advocates for their enhancement requests, escalations, and priorities across product, data, and delivery teams
Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts at the operations and leadership level
Serve as the first point of contact for all client-facing needs; operational, technical, and relationship-related
Own the client-facing side of escalations: communicates proactively, provides status updates, and ensures the client always knows where things stand
Partner with the Elite Client Delivery Manager to route issues internally and maintain visibility on all open items until resolution
Maintain a living record of client configuration, preferences, known issues, and historical context ensuring continuity is never dependent on memory or personnel changes
Ensure the client's voice is represented accurately in every internal discussion affecting their account
We’re looking for talent who:
Has a Bachelor’s degree as required
Has a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in senior client-facing roles at the intersection of enterprise financial services and technology as required
Can embed in a complex client environment and be treated as a trusted extension of that team, not a vendor
Has technical depth to understand reconciliation breaks, data feeds, platform configuration, and API behavior, without needing to be a developer
Has strong written and verbal communication and comfortable in executive-facing conversations and governance reviews, and skilled at translating technical issues for non-technical clients
Has deep familiarity with the wealth management ecosystem: custodians, portfolio accounting, data aggregation, M&A onboarding, and the operational lifecycle of an enterprise RIA or BD
Can manage multiple client priorities
Is willing to travel up to 5% annually as required
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$94,869.00 - $146,945.00
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
