As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will work closely with cardiologists and other medical professionals, utilizing advanced ultrasound technology to capture detailed images of the heart. Your expertise will directly contribute to accurate patient assessments and optimal care delivery in a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic echocardiograms, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Accurately document findings, measurements, and patient information in electronic health records. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to review results and contribute to patient care plans. Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the examination. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Cardiac Sonographer or Echo Tech. Active Sonographer accreditation (e.g., ARDMS) in the state of Texas.
