Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic echocardiograms, including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Accurately document findings, measurements, and patient information in electronic health records. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to review results and contribute to patient care plans. Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the examination. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as a Cardiac Sonographer or Echo Tech. Active Sonographer accreditation (e.g., ARDMS) in the state of Texas.
