Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technologist) - Miami, FL Job Title Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technologist) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technologist) for a 16-week contract assignment in Miami, Florida. This role involves performing diagnostic echocardiograms to assess cardiac function and identify abnormalities. The ideal candidate will contribute to comprehensive patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing their expertise in cardiac ultrasound to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Not specified. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent specialty experience as an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer. Preferred Qualifications Not specified. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in performing adult echocardiograms (e.g., transthoracic, stress echo). Ability to accurately acquire, interpret, and document echocardiographic findings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities. Shift Details Shift Type: Days, AM Hours: 8-hour shifts Days per Week: 5 days Call Requirements: Not specified. Weekend Rotations: Not specified. Contract Length: 16 weeks Assignment Dates: July 27, 2026 - November 16, 2026 Licensing Requirements Active and unrestricted Florida state license or accreditation as a Cardiac Sonographer (e.g., ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI - Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)). Additional certifications may be requested based on facility or unit requirements.
