Pay or shift range: $22.15USD to $27.27USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary
Responsible for the monitoring of account delinquencies, issuing escrow payments, tracking insurance, resolving credit bureau disputes, and receiving bankruptcy notices from borrowers.

Education and Qualifications
Essential: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
Essential: Knowledge of customer service principles Relevant computer skills
Desirable: Two years of related work experience Knowledge of Escrow Administration, including real estate tax, homeowner's insurance, private mortgage insurance, flood insurance, and escrow analysis. Proficient data entry skills
