Daily responsibilities include:Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, entrances, hallways, and shared spacesVacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and maintain floor appearanceDust desks, furniture, windowsills, and other surfacesDisinfect frequently touched areas using approved cleaning productsRemove trash and replace linersRefill soap, paper towels, tissue, and other restroom suppliesFollow company cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelinesComplete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsBenefitsPaid training providedCompetitive hourly wagesConsistent weekday evening schedulePositive and supportive work environmentOpportunities for advancement and promotionLong-term employment with a growing commercial cleaning companyQualificationsSuccessful candidates will:Be at least 18 years oldHave dependable transportationDemonstrate excellent attendance and reliabilityWork well independently with minimal supervisionPay close attention to detailBe able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout each shiftPrevious experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, office cleaning, building maintenance, environmental services, or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training for new team members.Work LocationThis position services commercial facilities in Grand Rapids, MI.
