Head Of Operations
Our client is a rapidly growing digital health and pharmacy platform that uses telehealth, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer prescription fulfillment to make access to everyday medications more convenient, affordable, and transparent while reducing traditional healthcare barriers.
Own end-to-end warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations across multiple sites
Drive down labor cost per prescription, with a specific focus on optimizing performance
Redesign and implement improved process flows, workflows, and throughput models
Drive facility expansion initiatives, including layout design and capacity planning
Optimize shipping, packaging, and logistics strategies to improve efficiency and cost
Build, manage, and develop large, multi-layered operational teams
Establish KPIs, reporting, and performance management systems across sites
Partner cross-functionally with leadership on supply chain, procurement, and growth planning
Serve as a hands-on influencer, regularly engaging on-site to drive execution and accountability
Must be based in either the greater Clearwater, Florida or Dallas, Texas areas with ability to travel to each location

A successful Head of Operations should have:
Experience from high-scale logistics / distribution environments
Proven track record managing large, complex warehouse or fulfillment operations
Deep expertise in labor optimization, facility scaling, and process improvement
Strong operator mindset - willing to be on the floor, in the details, and driving change directly
Experience in high-growth or resource-constrained environments (startup or scale-up preferred)
Background heavily rooted in logistics, distribution, and physical operations (not clinical or pharmacy-led)
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable cost and efficiency improvements
Annual base salary ranging from $170000 to $200000 USD.
