The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property while emphasizing a positive response to concerns of residents and clients. Some of those responsibilities will entail but are not limited to common area and apartment repairs in the scope of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and appliances. Further oversight of the building's curb appeal through building exterior inspections, cleaning and grounds maintenance is required. Customer service and attention to detail are critical skills to ensure the satisfaction of the building's residents. Responsibilities may also include facilitating special projects as assigned by upper management. Please note overtime may be required and the shift may change at any time due to operational needs.
