Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate data entry, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and hands-on warehouse support in a fast-paced environment.
The Order Processor plays a key role in making sure customer orders are processed correctly in NetSuite, labeled accurately, packaged professionally, and shipped on time. This is a high-impact position where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork directly support daily customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, including order documentation, labels, part numbers, quantities, and configurations.
- Create, verify, and apply product coding and part labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pull inventory, package customer orders, and prepare shipments to meet daily carrier pickup deadlines.
- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software while verifying labels, shipping details, and documentation.
- Assist with warehouse functions such as labeling, packing, shipping, organizing inventory, and supporting backlogged areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work area while communicating promptly about issues that may delay shipments.

- Salary range: $45,760 to $50,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process customer orders and fulfillment information accurately in NetSuite.
- Prepare, label, package, and ship customer orders by daily cutoff times.
- Support warehouse workflow by assisting with packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory pulling as needed.
- Verify product coding, order details, and shipment documentation to prevent fulfillment errors.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in order processing, data entry, warehouse support, shipping, or a similar administrative operations role.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with business systems.
- Proficiency with computers; experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word is preferred.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume or time-sensitive work.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and following established processes.
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, accountability, and dependability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist across warehouse functions when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

- Experience using NetSuite or another ERP/order management system.
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, product labeling, inventory pulling, packing, or shipping.
- Familiarity with part numbers, product configurations, and accuracy-sensitive warehouse workflows.
