Balancer Apprenticeship - Starting Pay: $19.00/HR
Become a trained balancing technician and contribute to our 58-year-reputation for providing high quality balancing solutions. Balancing technicians apply several different correction methods to a wide variety of parts based on the amount of unbalance, component composition, and specific customer requirements. Successful balancing technicians are meticulous and take pride in the quality of their work.

$8000/$16000 ICHRA health insurance, 100% employer funded SEP-IRA, weekly paychecks, merit raises, bonuses, 100% employer paid life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick leave, 100% tuition reimbursement, and weekly uniform stipend. Raises after favorable 90 day probationary period. Employee support is a foremost priority and many employees have 40+ years of tenure.

The Balancing Company is a service based corporation in Vandalia, OH that specializes in mechanical balancing and spin testing of rotating components. Our 54,000 square foot facility has the ability to accommodate a wide range of part sizes - from 1 gram to 50,000 lbs. An ISO 9001:2015 certification helps ensure every part that leaves our facility has been processed correctly. The Balancing Company has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1968, and is well established among a wide variety of customers across all major industries.
