The Opportunity

Our client — an established industrial products company with national reach — is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to own AP/AR workflows and act as the operational glue across accounting, sales, purchasing, and warehouse functions. This is a rare hybrid role: hands-on financial operations, genuine process-improvement authority, and supervision of a small team. Build the SOPs, set the KPIs, coach the people, and make the whole operation run smoother.
