Project Manager, Life Science Delivery
The Project Manager, Life Science Delivery will lead and deploy customer agreements across our life science portfolio. This individual will own management and coordination of critical projects and work plans, delivery progress, and customer relationships. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate irreplaceable relationships with our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience daily. This role requires you to engage your sharp analytical mind, exceptional client management skills, and passion for solving complex challenges in the healthcare sector.
A primary area of focus will be identification of critical dependencies and bottlenecks and driving successful execution across multiple departments. The ability to understand and manage complex processes, prioritize work, communicate effectively, and align multiple stakeholders will lead to success.
Key Responsibilities and Impact:
- Delivery Operations: Own complex projects and deliverables, leading internal and external coordination efforts throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ensure successful delivery of RWD products and services.
- Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects by leveraging various project management tools. Develop work plans and drive towards stated goals, leading oversight and execution efforts. Track progress, mitigate risk, and resolve issues.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain deep connections with customers to exceed their expectations continuously.
- Problem Solving: Lead independent and cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex issues efficiently. Proactively identify bottlenecks, develop data-driven solutions, and oversee seamless deployment to ensure operational continuity.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer interactions with Verana Health products to identify needs and challenges effectively.
- Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Clinical, Data & Science, Product, Sales, and Finance to advocate for customer needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and support.
- Customer Onboarding: Project support for new & existing DaaS and RWE customers.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, public health, biological sciences, engineering, or mathematics.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, project management or customer success management role.
- 2+ years of experience in Real World Evidence/Healthcare Data project delivery.
- A data-driven problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing projects effectively while managing time efficiently.
- Expertise in influencing stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and deliver results.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Must be able to create and manage work plans as well as provide both high-level oversight and day-to-day operational support.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and translate technical content to a variety of audiences. Agility to work across and develop relationships with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with data analytics
- Experience in technical implementations preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or other work planning and prioritization tools
- Proficiency in SQL Workbench
