The Business Insights Leader, leads the strategy, development, and delivery of business reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities that drive business performance and operational excellence. This role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role will be hybrid, and will require the applicant to be located close to one of our major business hub locations to easily commute into the facilities when needed: Tucson, AZ; North Texas (McKinney/Richardson/Plano), Huntsville, AL, Northeast US (MA locations, Marlborough, Woburn, Andover, Tewksbury); Portsmouth RI, Aurora CO.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
- Leadership experience either leading teams or projects
- Financial Business Management Experience, including Annual Operating Planning, Metrics, and Reporting
- Risk Management Framework and/or Classified Information Technology operations
- Experience in creating Metrics and/or Business Insights
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in Technical Business Management
- Various Tools Including but not limited to, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Qlik
- Master's Degree or Higher Education
- Familiarity with Python, R, or statistical analysis tools.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale analytics transformations.
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and predictive analytics.

Relocation - this role is relocation eligible for Tucson, AZ only.
The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
