Role Overview:
As an Event Representative, you will attend business, startup, technology, and networking events across Atlanta on behalf of Talentpoel. You will represent the company professionally, engage with attendees, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, and creating meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Events attended.
ii. Number of conversations held.
iii. Qualified leads generated.
iv. Meetings booked.
v. Key insights and feedback from attendees.
Success Metrics:
$12 per hour.
Requirements
Must be based in or around Atlanta, Georgia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident approaching and speaking with new people. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous experience in customer service, event staffing, sales, marketing, or community engagement is a plus but not required. Must be available to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.
