Job Title: Proposal Manager Location: Melbourne, FL (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on-site)Employment Type: Direct hireIndustry: Defense & Aerospace Compensation: $160K - $180K Shift: 1stSchedule: 9x80 About the Opportunity:As a Proposal Manager, you will lead the development and submission of high-quality, compliant proposals that support competitive business opportunities across multiple Lines of Business. In this collaborative role, you'll coordinate the proposal process from planning through final delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce compelling customer submissions. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
