Shape the climate of the Bay Area with DMG (an Ambient Company)
Start your morning in Oakland, coffee in hand, reviewing a new build’s plans before heading to a customer site. By mid‑morning, you’re bringing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system online, walking the installer through last‑mile checks, and loading control programs from a touchscreen interface. After lunch, you decipher a wiring schematic to resolve a controls issue on a commercial Daikin system. Before you wrap for the day, you submit startup documentation for warranty, update service reports, and touch base with the project team. That’s a typical day for a Commercial VRF Commissioning & Controls Specialist at DMG.
DMG is a growing sales and distribution company representing major HVAC equipment manufacturers. With 150+ employees and offices in Castro Valley, San Jose, Fremont, and the greater Bay Area, we offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a close‑knit, family atmosphere.
